• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits.
• Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and preferences.
• Usage data: How you interact with features on the platform.

2.3 Information from Google (OAuth)

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and — if you grant permission — access to your Google Calendar to schedule interviews. We only access calendar data to create, update, or delete interview events that you explicitly initiate within Hirely. We do not read, store, or share your calendar data for any other purpose.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and company profile.
• To provide and improve our AI-powered hiring features.
• To facilitate job posting, candidate evaluation, and interview scheduling.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, notifications).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Hirely's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features visible within Hirely.
• We do not use Google user data for serving ads.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you have explicitly granted us permission, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

• Service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Anthropic/Google (AI processing), and other infrastructure providers — bound by data processing agreements.
